Love these b&w's everyone! I am in love with black and white, and have been for years. My (not strictly kept) theme for my 365 is b&w, so I tend to, more often than not, shoot with this in mind.
It is difficult for me to pick one favourite, and since it has been for others also I'll post my top 4 from 365:

I don't have that many, just about 4 photos so far in 365. I'm drawn to colorful subjects, that probably explains why. Here's mine, I like the simplicity of it.
This is by far my favorite picture. I was in Italy when this picture was taken. My best girls friends and I happened to find a group of Italian boys, just our age. I am convinced that Luca (the boy in the picture) and i will meet up again later in life.
These are all soooo great. I have trouble figuring out what makes a photo better in black and white. When I make some of mine black and white I just can't decide which I like better. I understand it's a subjective thing but are there any generally accepted criteria or guidelines (for lack of better words) or thoughts? Perhaps it's just that I'm indecisive but I assume most photographers would have an opinion of which looks better. Would most pick the same one?
I need to do more with b&w photos. I haven't done many but I do like them. Note to self: Get at least one in each month. Does sepia count as b&w? Hmmm ....?
