I was noticing lots of bird/nest/egg photos on the site lately and today my photo ended up being of a bird (funny how that works huh?)
anyways show me your bird related photos!
I've been obsessed w/ birds for a while, and they are still not my strong point, but a good challenge! Here are some recent ones:
and my personal favorite:
< @halkia I love your shot. i was always wondering what you have to do to get more than one picture in other words a sequence..I can only get one to show up. I go into my pictures click on one and go to more seizes then click onCtrl C and go back to the page and click Ctrl V,.. that's for one upload. have tried to get more pictures together by repeated the first step with more than one..but it keeps repeating the same URL.. so I must be doing something wrong. would you have the time and help me out. i would certainly appreciate it.
I don't see many birds around our house... 3 cats in the house, and loads of neighborhood cats as well. But here's one who cared to come in close, and build a nest to boot:
@bruni That's what I do too to get more than one shot in a post, Bruni. Copy the code, paste it in the message, then go to the other shot, copy the code there and paste it again.
I've found myself taking quite a few pics of birds lately because they are such ready subjects. These are probably some of my better images out of my bird shots.....
About a week before she hatched one of three eggs and then disappeared (including the hatchling and one other egg). Made me sad. I haven't seen any robins since.
and my personal favorite:
My favorite one:

All of these birds visited my feeders last Sunday. I figured the best way to share them was to create a collage.
