Despite a late night as I needed time to wind down last night, we both headed to Bushy Park for the park run. This year is the hottest day of the year and also the day that Colin ran his 50th park run (it was my 40th)! This is the end of the race.
The temperature rose over the course of the day and was in the mid 30’s by the time we drove to East Molesey to drop back the table decorations to Julia. In the evening despite the fact that I picked up quite a few meals in Molesey, it was so hot that I didn’t feel like cooking so in the event I nipped to M&S and bought a selection of Thai and Chinese food and beer - no weight watchers but really tasty!
