Day 41 of lock down.

We made it over Teddington footbridge today for the first time since lock down. It was great to see the river from the other bank although it was stressful crossing the footbridge as it is only about 1.5 meters wide so impossible to socially distance effectively. We walked to Kingston (I spotted a rat on route!) and crossed over and walked back through Bushy Park - a good walk with over 12,000 footsteps.

Mackerel in oats was for dinner this evening to get our Omega levels up!

28,446 PHE total dead in the UK (up 315)
