A busy day today - we were up first thing and over to Bushy Park continuing our couch to 5K training. Unfortunately - and I do not know how - I seem to have damaged my knee and that was before we even started. However I pushed on and managed to complete the session but there is definitely something not right.
As soon as we got back it was straight into the shower and then after a quick breakfast back out but this time in the car as I headed over to Steph’s for a haircut, then over to Molesey to deliver yet more cards to Julia at The Card Collection and then it was back the way I came, to Whitton to deliver one of my montages to our local MP’s husband who is giving it to her for Christmas. Text message from Sophie and my parcel has arrived safely - less than 24 hours since I sent it!
I eventually got home around 1230 in time for a late coffee. In the afternoon I hand-delivered some Christmas cards around Teddington via the Landmark Centre (got some post nougat in the Cigar shop) and finished up picking up some food in Teddington in Tesco's - quite a busy day!
