1 year, 3 days since the start of the 1st lock down in March 2020.
Not a very exciting day today… I finished work on my little promo video of my photographs taken around the Borough of Richmond.
In the later afternoon we went for our usual ‘trot’ in Bushy Park. I am up to week 6 session 3 - a solid 25 minute jog which I just about managed which is quite an achievement. I ran 4.2 kms so only another 0.8 to make my 5km.
