Finally the offer arrived today to work on the little extension which so impressively leaked before Christmas - it’s taken this long to actually get someone at a reasonable price. We had spotted Daniel working in Watts Lane last year and he is doing the job on the side of cash.
It’s always unnerving to have a stranger in the house even though he is very nice so I kept out the way and started working on the artwork for my new greeting cards.
