9th July 2013

We went 'up town' today to meet up with Colin's daughter and grandchildren. We had given them a trip on a 'Duck W' for Christmas - one of those 2nd world war amphibious vehicles. As Colin's back is still recovering we decided it was best NOT to risk it so I got to go with them and it was really good fun and I actually learnt quite a few facts about the City and the river.

There was not a lot of chances for decent photos but I caught this one of us all reflected in the Queen's bank 'Coutts' - in the city. If you view large you can see James right at the back in a stripy shirt, Charley smiling with sunglasses on and if you really look, some one (guess who?!) with a camera next to Charley!
What a great photo! Well done for recognising it would be!

Really clear reflection looks like it is another "Duck W" passing by.

What a great frame for this reflection, and the picture is a memento of an enjoyable day. Hope your husband's back is getting better.
