The Farm

I wasn't sure which photo I preferred, color or B&W. I'm behind a day (more than that on the film challenge) so posted both.

I like them both. When I do old farm equipment I usually choose color because it shows the variations in the rust. Same usually goes for barns or houses because you can see the various colors in the wood, paint, rust or whatever. But they both look good!

They are both good. I like the color for the same reasons Keyt mentioned.

I love this in color, Diane. Very lush greens and blues here and it contrasts with the shed and the tractor. Beautiful composition!

I think I like the color shot slightly better- it shows off the rust on the roof and tractor better. I do like the b/w, but this just has an edge on the rustic and somewhat rundown feel of this picture. It's a little more peaceful too.
