Arriving? Leaving?

This wonderful piece of street art sums up many aspects of Liverpool for me. It is located between the two cathedrals and near the Universities.

Historically people arrived on ships in Liverpool to make a new life for themselves in England, or left on ships to make a new life elsewhere in the world.

Today visitors arrive at, or leave Liverpool, by ship, train, bus, car, aeroplane. They come for a variety of reasons, to visit; to stay; to go to University; but they all have cases of all sizes.
