Todays shot is again from Louise and features one of the smaller ponds in the Wellhead Park in Bourne. It is a pond that would be rather difficult to approach more closely, sonce there is a layer of deep mud around the edge, indicative of the amount of rain that we have had in the past month.
Actually there was some team work with this shot. Louise's daughter thought the original colour photo would look better in monochrome, so Louise converted it, and it was originally a wider view and I cropped it a bit.

Wellhead Park is an attractive well maintained park, with lots of facilities, including a well designed play area. Adjacent to the park is Baldock's Mill, water powered by the water from the park, and now a fascinating museum of local life.
