I think this is more interesting (to me) - than the one you queued up for. I like the iron work on the railings and the rather strange cage that you point out.
Very interesting to look at. You can't help but ask what he is photographing - and I agree with Helen that this one is more gripping than the actual view in the other photo.

If one put their weight onto the railing while climbing off the roof that might be too much for the railing. @vera365 Thanks. My guess is he's shooting the top of the dome plus clouds.
