I once read that if there are 2 main elements in the image, and if removing either makes a boring photo, and if including both creates a visual and/or conceptual relationship between them, that's a (insert name here) composition. This seems to fit.
It fits perfectly. Found myself mentally removing each element and was in agreement. As i am a person who thinks a human elemant improves most shots, it was interesting to visualize removing the foreground chairs and sweing hiw it left fhe shot unbalanced.
@ukandie1 Thanks. I'm tempted to make 2 more versions, each with a single element, to see if my eye matches my minds eye Your camera must have fat buttons and dials :)
It does work! The fact that there are two and two, ad they are facing in the same direction. I don't really like the yellow line on top, but cropping it out would be a bit tight.
@ahleena LOL. Feel free to give it a makeover. @vera365 Thanks. I don't like the yellow line either. I'm close to finishing changing its color. Also cloned out the umbrella bits in the top upper right. @taffy I appreciate it when others see what I saw., thanks. @helenhall Five pairs are umbrellas, chairs, chair shadows, people, sandals? Thanks for opening my eyes to the pairs within the main pairs.
