@susiemc He and another dog were hanging around a little kiosk that sold drinks and they were there on my way up and on my way down, so I assume they belonged to the people working at the kiosk. I did see another very small dog who was with a couple who were going up. He was a chihuahua sized dog and I thought it was quite a long hike for such short little legs!
