If We Did Not Have Winter

If we did not have winter
the spring would not
be so pleasant.
...Anne Bradstreet

Our first and smallest Magnolia tree is starting to blossom. The flowers are a lighter pink and tulip shaped. However, many of the lower branches are sadly bare and brittle. Most of the blossoms are too high up to photograph too.

Best on Black.
Wow ! a beauty ! a lovely close-up of this beautiful blossom !
