On this day the Moon was in a Waxing Crescent Phase. A Waxing Crescent is the first Phase after the New Moon. The Moon can be seen in the wester sky after the sun dips below the horizon at sunset.
This was taken on October 2. I was too tired to post it after the air show, then forgot, so posting it now.
I always knew “I hung the moon!” Haha!
