Of course, these are Meyer lemons so they are not really sour. They are delicious! Nice on black.

I had to go out in the wind and rain on Sunday to take more lemons off our tree. The wind was knocking them onto the grass. Also, some of the branches are close to the fence and rubbing the skin off or bruising the lemons in the wind gusts. I have another full container or more still on our tree.

My vase of red roses are in the background. They have lasted a week now.

I love the complementary orange and blue colours here! I bought a small indoor lemon tree at the garden centre recently. My friends thought I got it to pick and eat the lemons but I am keeping them on the tree to look at and photograph! Since we had it in our living room it has got new blossom.
