I have not been feeling well today so I am using a shot from my recent trip to Beirut tonight.
This is a window box at the summer palace of the President of Lebanon at Beit ed-Dine. This palace was built by a local emir, Bashir Chehab II about two hundred years ago who also had three other palaces built for his sons in the same area. The only one still standing today is Mir Amin Palace which has been converted into a hotel.
@ruthmouch Thanks so much! that was \all pretty much already there! I just took the shot and saturated it a bit! ;~} Very nice of you to be so enthusiastic!
