I live in an apartment building and my top floor apartment (only a five-story building) looks out into a fairly protected courtyard. We have four hanging flower boxes. This morning when I went out for an early breath of air, I saw this....as I write this, eight hours later, the scene, except for the lighting hasn't changed much. I think I shall not be using my balcony so frequently in the few weeks.
