"Egg-straneous"

Inspired by a shot online called "Egg Lines" by Emik ( http://www.pxleyes.com/photography-contest/16637/eggs.html) which included an explanation of taking the shot through a window screen. So I found an old screen in the closet and played with that and putting my own spin, or in this case fork, on the theme and playing with the lighting and here's the result.

If you have the time, this works better on black.
Very cool shot - and thank you for putting up the link.
I immediately saw the effect you are going for - and I think you succeeded admirably!
This shot is so well composed with beautiful lighting and exposure. Very well done!
A FAV!

So clever! I love how the different thickness of the lines look on the egg. It makes me think of a black and white Easter egg.

The light bouncing off the fork is so neat. It adds a very otherwordly touch. Love it!

@farmreporter Glad you suggested adding the links. I really want to give credit where credit is due on these; I'm certainly not all that creative!!!

Great effect with the lighting.

@greenpeg thanks again, I've been doing all sorts of playing around with lighting and lately with eggs and forks. My "studio" is basically my goose-neck desk lamp.
