This is the underside of Anglins Pier in Lauderdale by the Sea. The "new" pier was rebuilt in the 60s and is great place for fisherman and pelicans. Also, the old breakfast diner has been replaced by an organic cafe.
@quietpurplehaze@laroque@cmp@bill_fe Thank you for the comments. When the tide isn't fully in, there is enough beach to walk, somewhat bent over, under the pier. But the camera stays in a plastic baggy, just for good measure!
