Playing again in the home "studio" which basically consists of a dresser with a reflective top, some black poster board and whatever I can find around and some sort of light source. Here the subject and the light source were one and the same (an emergency lantern we bought when hurricane Matthew was heading our way.)
You always find the most creative ways to photograph things! I could tell it was the light source but I couldn't quite figure out what it was until I read your commentary.
