My Callanetics class this morning taken from the floor.
I did ask everybody if it was alright to photo them in a compromising position & all said it would be OK.
Helen who teaches us said every one had to face the one way as we wanted no faces on ...only bums & legs!
It's a great exercise & we have fun too. Keeps me moving!!!
I must say a BIG thank you to every one who commented on yesterdays photo of my Dad. We as a family were overwhelmed at the response to it & all your lovely & very moving comments... so grateful to you all & a big kiss !
That looks hard work!! Just as well you were this end of the room!! Good for you, I count running up and down stairs and gardening as my excercise!! Terrific shot!
WOW you were very brave to do that - perhaps they are a friendly group.
I go to Pilates every Monday and have often thought it would be nice to take a photo but they are all very quiet people so I never dared! Our teacher says we are the quietest group she has! Maybe it's a Monday evening thing as the day time groups go for coffee etc afterwards!
Anyway it's good to keep breathing and mobile and it makes a big difference - miss it in the hols!
@jesperani@maggiemae LOl Maggiemae you are funny! It's surprisingly liberating waving your legs in the air!! You should both try it, thanks for the comments!
This is a great shot!! I will incorporate this pose in my yoga tomorrow...if I can get my hips to unlock upside-down! Maybe if I could get some socks with red toes...
this is such a cool shot - love how you've framed it between your legs doing the exercise! that looks a tough exercie, not sure my core would hold that posiiton for long!!
