This house belongs to the farmer we bought our farm off, he lives here with his daughter, his wife having died about eight years ago. He is very active for his age 90 although he has Parkinsons disease.
Janet has four horses in stables round the back & she competes in competitions. She is very good at minding Tui when we are away....Tui loves it here & barks at the door to be let in!
There is the most fabulous view from the sitting room widows of the whole of the fells in the distance.
Two people & one very important dog Titch live at number 10.
A big thank you for getting my Anemone photo on PP for a very short time...but I was there , the first time for ages!!!!!
I have enjoyed the house series but I will be glad to have finished!!
Last house tomorrow & it is a stunner!!!
Three good things:
1. Broadchurch tonight, the final episode & I have no idea who dunn'it! All over the Daily Mail today it says ''The most thrilling cliff hanger since JR'' & were giving odds who had done it the other day.
2. Keeping to the diet...weighing night tonight!!!
3. Harry's MRI scan letter has come.
This house looks relatively modern besides the other ones! Perhaps there is an older house nearby if he had the farm. You have put Harry's MRI letter inti the "three good things" category so that sounds like good news!
Very nice indeed - I was just thinking it must have a great view when you mentioned it. Must be great being able to let your dog wander around unattended - Monty shoots next door and charges round in a big flurry of excitement knowing that he doesn't have long - some of the neighbours have more sensible dogs who can be allowed in and out of cars etc without leads!
Such a delightful home...and it sounds like you have wonderful neighbors here! I'm assuming Harry's MRI is for his knee? And good for you for sticking with your diet plan, Pat. I hope you were thrilled with the weigh in results. :)
