With play on the old Play School programmes for children on the BBC in the morning...my children used to watch it.......shall we go through the arched, square or round window today?
I went to the garden centre this morning but forgot my camera so another from London today.
So cold it's not fit to be outside...a sneaky bitter wind & showers of rain.
When I first looked at this photo I thought it said Ant on the wall & thought our youngest sons name (he gets called Ant all the time) on a wall in London then realised it said Art!!
Three good things:
1.I have all my tub plants just need the enthusiasm to go out & plant them now.
2.B&B Jim in for four nights ....he has wintered well!
3.Put Some Music in your Food dipping sauce by Levi Roots...pretty tasty !!
You spotted all sorts in London Pat - I think I must not have been paying proper attention! I quite like breaking the rules by going central now and again - the lines on the floorboards draw you in. You'er dead right about that wind!
@judithg I feel bad keep posting London shots but I do love them & not much else. I keep forgetting to take my big camera with me when I pop out & my P&S is no more....I have loads more interesting pictures so there will be more & as a third year student I have leeway I think!! Am trying to pick photos that I know you & @sparkle didn't take.
A nice uncluttered view of London. Yes I remember playschool too and I agree about the cold wind. Doesn't it know it's nearly JUNE! I saw Levi Roots when he first appeared on Dragon's den but I haven't bought any of his sauces - yet!
Such a fabulously cool capture, Pat! We're expecting a cold front to move through tonight bringing much cooler than normal late May temps. Crazy weather everywhere. :(
I like the way that ART is just situated above the dustbin, it's all subjective isn't it, in the end. I like your Play School reference. Humpty and the gang I'm sure would appreciate the mention, for old time's sake. :)
Quite geometric with the arch, the lines, the bricks, the round thing. I think you should try to edit it in Picmonkey and straighten it, just to practice, and post in your other album! In your spare time of course.
Great shot, love the framing by the arche . Its bitter cold here as well and my washing machinge is broken, so two horrible things for the coming weekend
Fun shot - I remember the old Playschool mantra so well.
