A pretty poor quality photo but I hadn't time to get organised & pretty much took it on the hoof.
A dance contest in Blackpool this morning & all these tiny girls were arriving with their little cases. Some of them had skimpy skirts & bare arms but this little girl was very well equipped & mum had wrapped her up warmly.
Three good things:
1. SIL has sprayed our wood burner black today, they do tend to lose their colour if you don't do them every year.
2. Our outside Christmas tree lights still work after a gap of two years!
3. Back to fabulous weather after the horror of yesterday.
So young, so talented - don't think I had a talent at that age.....sums maybe! Our outside tree lights haven't worked since puppy Monty chewed through the wire!
@phil_howcroft Thanks Phil...I had high hopes of this shot when I took it but a real blurry thing it is but i loved that little girl, all togged up even down to the ear muffs!!
@maggiemae Oh maggiemae this is not proper SC as is done by the experts...I cheat & use PickMonkey. The Focal B/w button lets you make the photo b/w but you can use a circle of colour which you can make as small or as large as you like. If you look closely here you can see the surrounding background has a touch of colour. It sometimes works OK but not the proper thing....would love a lesson in that as I do rather like SC!!
