The gardener.

Lots of jobs to do in the garden at this time of the year.
This guy was digging over his potato patch yesterday as we walked past. There were two dogs & these three geese all hanging around....he looked a very contented man digging in the warm sunshine.

A very Happy Easter to you all!

Three good things:
1. A very lazy day sitting by the fire reading the papers.
2. Lovely fresh laid eggs for tea.
3. Easter bonnets at church.

Not as nice today but no rain. I haven't been near the garden today but it was a great gardening day yesterday. Thank you for all your comments on the above. Lydia is on her practice run for DOE gold so on second night of camping tonight so hope it keeps fine.

I wish I had a garden like that. I could happily potter around all day. I like the geese and the little bit of twisted wood fencing. That type of fencing goes back centuries.
