The autumn tints are so beautiful at this time of the year. Just noticed the leaves turning in our front garden as I looked out of the window this morning.
The front garden is surrounded by oak & sycamore trees so the soil gets very dry & the leaves have started turning early.
We have had no proper rain for weeks.
Three good things:
1. An unexpected night out last night to the Marine Hall at Fleetwood.
My friend has a company involved in the holiday trade particularly music involving Irish singing & dancing packages. She had to take some paperwork to the guy appearing at the Fleetwood venue & he gave us free tickets! Nathan Carter...he was good.
2. Out again tonight so am really lapsing in the commenting department, sorry! No cooking tonight again!
3. I can hear Harry hoovering as I write this!!
Gosh what a fab splash of autumn colour including the fallen leaves. We are quite green here still. Lots of rain last night for the first time for ages. Lovely pov, like the leaves right in our faces.
