Lady in red by happypat

Lady in red

I think @judithg should have been paid at the end of the day.....that red coat was in high demand!

Judith very kindly marched past or draped herself in several doorways at our instruction....I think next time she will be wearing grey!

Three good things:
1. Harry has had his biopsy on his chin done this morning. Two stitches.
2. I found a lost glove.
3. Loving Neil Diamonds song The Art of Love.
So, according to Judith's position, she is 11 1/4... LOL Great capture. It's so nice when you go out with someone that can play the role of the passer-by. Very nice capture.

Great shot, love the differences between the two houses, the splash of red, and the numbers.

Great shot with the splash of red. I think we went past these doors on the last meet up, I remember the 11 and a half! Much better than 11a!

This is a great shot Pat. The splash of red really makes it. Love the Eleven and a Half on the door.

Wonderful backdrop for that fabulous red coat!!

Neat pop of colour against the blue. I love the two doors and had a chuckle about the Eleven and a Half. Some neat brickwork and shutters. Great shot.

Definitiely necessary with all that blue colour! A green coat would have been good too!

This works really nicely! The blues are a great find and of course Judith's coat is perfect!

@quietpurplehaze just what I was thinking Hazel - denim walls! I think I'm smiling too much in this one! Fav of course.

@judithg thank you Judith...I just noticed the top of your blue legs coincide with the top of the blue line along the bottom!

Judith certainly seems to be a popular model. Love the doors, this could be at The Rocks in Sydney, a couple of shops there are 8 and 8 1/2 Great find. @judithg @happypat

You have to admit, there's nothing quite like a pop of red
November 18th, 2014
it is as if you staged this, it is so perfect!
November 18th, 2014

Lovely photo

I remember this bit! That black bollard really annoyed me because it was in exactly the wrong place and clashed with the door frame. I should have gone further back like you did - it works much better
November 18th, 2014
@pistonbroke those bollards were a pain I agree Pete. We have them in Garstang & they are always in the way.
November 18th, 2014
@pistonbroke I only just noticed should have bee straitened slightly too!
November 18th, 2014
Fabulous colour combo. Good for Judith!
