A very welcome coffee after our stint at church cleaning this morning.
We sat here in this outside courtyard for almost two hours.......some of us had just coffee but two of us had a very nice panini .......guess who....the Wednesday cinema goers.
We have an ordination of one of our young men on Saturday at Lancaster Cathedral so a bit of a do at our church on Sunday after his first mass.
Three good things:
1. The smell of new mown hay on the air tonight.
2. A nice chat in the evening sun to one of our B&B's.
3. Shorts
Oh I never got treats like that when I helped Mum do the church cleaning.. all I can remember is the smell of silvo.. I think @dide helped her mum as well..
What a fab cafe! F&B paint fans by the looks of it. Just wondering if the lady cleaning King's College chapel I photographed today ever actually feels that she's finished!
no wonder you enjoyed yourselves with the lovely weather we've all been having. I will have the electric blanket on my bed and my ugg boots on as soon as we arrive home to a southern hemisphere winter on Thursday night!
