A couple of hours at the beauty place having a face massage, eyebrow tidy up & my nails done then on to the car garage for a wash & wax getting rid of all the salt under the rims.
Saw this magazine & thought of @judithg who is now related through marriage to this famous Lancastrian rugby player....must say I have never yet seen him in the garage having a coffee like me!!
I must admit I do like having my car washed & vacuumed inside & out while I drink coffee & read my kindle.
Thank you for all your lovely comments over the last few evenings & sorry if I haven't got round to commenting on yours. That's the trouble when you follow more there are some who get neglected sometimes specially towards the end of the evening when I am flagging.
Three good things:
1. A gorgeous Royal Jelly massage....for older skin like mine.
2. Supper care of M&S.
3. Two lovely new children's reading books from Waterstones.
I know who is going to get those new children's books! I wonder if they do some in Japanese! It does sound nice with you and your car getting the once over! I need an eyebrow replacement not a tidy up!
@newbank I chose AA book called Stories for Five-Year Olds by Puffin & more a picture book called Grandads Island for Finn. The book for Max is a much more grown up one than I normally buy but it's a more grown up book with proper stories
@maggiemae Thanks Maggiemae, all ready for the hols or I will be after a hair cut tomorrow! I haven't seen any in Japanese here but I'm sure you could buy some online.
