A photo taken at 100kms an hour as we drove over the Kaimai mountain range home & along the Matamata road to Tataunua.
We have been to Wahi Beach to the new redesigned Flatwhite Cafe on the sea shore. A stunning place with fantastic views over the ocean but a very nice meal spoilt by too many flies....I hope they address the problem soon as it did make us move quicker than we might have done.
Along the Taraungia road to Bethlehem for a coffee & shop & then back home.
I took this phot of the mountains & rain clouds with the rows of onions drying in the sun except it was raining again!
The last wet day for the forceable future hopefully although it has done good.
This is a great photo - daren't show my husband, or he'll say there's no need to stop to get the 365 image for the day!!!! The rain has been lovely and the farmers are very happy about it, as you would well know.
What's 100kms in English, lovely capture and I like the clouds around the mountains. Onions, my body doesn't like them so I'm not getting to close to the screen. FAV
A wonderful capture Pat , great dof and the sense of speed/ movement in the foreground ! Love the forever rows of onions drawing your eye to the distant blue hills and their covering of low lying mist . You must be having such a busy but wonderful time !
Boy, you sure go from one side of the Island to the other! I wonder if its the dairy farms that cause all the flies! Heavens - we don't want to become like Australia! This moving shot is good with all those ridges!
