New growth by happypat

New growth

I think my very favourite trees in the garden are the conifers.
The beautiful new growth every Spring is so pretty & this one with its little tassels, shoots & baby cones is particularly attractive.

Three good things:
1. We have found a new shade to fit the wall light without buying a whole new unit.
2. A slice of chocolate cake in the bag that I hadn't ordered when I went to the bakery yesterday, a rather sweet surprise!
3. I found out what a glug jug is, I googled it & I want one! The noise they make is fascinating!
I expect you are all googling glug jug now.....there should be a video to watch!
I love the detail in this, it has almost the whole life cycle in one image! Furthermore, I now know what a Glug Jug is - I want one!!!

I haven't the available internet minutes to google so I'll just have to remember later. Perhaps one goes glug glug when one drinks out of them? The conifers close up are so interesting! P
