We were glad to buy an icecream on the journey down from the cathedral in Lincoln last Friday.
Amazing variety of flavours these days!
Three good things:
1. I am trying my best to walk without a limp. This means bending my foot properly with the weight going onto the ball of my foot.
Walking with a limp is making my knee so sore it had me up in the night.
2. A visit from Lydia with all her news.
3. The slipping & sliding slates on the barn next door are off & it's waiting for a complete new roof.
What variety!! Now I wish I had some in the freezer!!
Good work doing all the correct footwork. Knees are so important so really good to keep any pressure off! Hope you get some relief soon.

I had salted caramel, I'm not a great icecream eater, it has to be hot weather but I can still take it or leave it. Harry likes icecream but always has plain vanilla.
I only occasionally have an ice cream but my favourite is rum and raisin.
Hope you can walk properly again soon. I had to learn a lot of patience. Hated walking like an old person.
Oh yes please, do they have Rum and Raisin like our local ice cream seller. I have a blue badge and find myself putting an extra limp on when I get out at the supermarket, regardless on whether my knees etc are bad. I think I've got a guilt conscience in case people think there's nothing wrong with me.

The walking without limping will come - it all takes time! Best of luck in the meantime.
