Stag do

There were about ten of these guys wandering around Temple Bar in Dublin. Don't know where they got their suits from but they looked rather stupid!

I have had a lovely afternoon, out with a friend first for our lunch then to a streaming at the cinema of the Bolshoi Ballet performing The Nutcracker. It was stunning.

Three good things:
1. The means to watch a famous ballet from Russia only seven miles from home. Sleeping Beauty & Swan Lake in January to come.
2. My cinema friend is back for jaunts out!
3. Our village is looking amazing as I drove through tonight. Every shop has a tree up & all the lights & decorations so pretty!

Well, they look a bit like overgrown elves. Definitely feeling some Christmas spirit in their holiday finery. Fun shot!
I'm sure the Bolshoi performance was amazing. I love The Nutcracker. The performance we saw yesterday was danced by the York County Ballet, Must say they did a superb job for a local dance company.
