The dancers

I spent time helping in this tent yesterday & one of the turns was this fantastic jazz band.
This couple were enjoying a romantic dance round the tables!

I have been to buy some new glasses today.
Mine have broken & the repair my SIL did with super glue has come unstuck.
An expensive job & I vow to look after these better & take more care of them. I have had three pairs in as many years!

Three good things:
1. Warm peaches.
2. New spectacles.
3. Finished weeding the garden.

I ruined a pair of glasses by taking them off to take a ahot and stuffing them in my pocket. Had to have new lens at great expense..

I'm still waiting for my new glasses - takes two weeks to get them here. I'm the same as you - vowing to take more care. And this time I've ordered metal ones in the hope they won't break as easily as plastic ones.

@nickspicsnz I have to wait two weeks too, she managed to mend mine so I am ok for now. That's a thought, the mental ones might be stronger! I like tortoishell so have to be plastic!

I hope the lady dancer isn't wearing heels, she will get stuck in the grass. I wear my old glasses. I did get a new pair, but still prefer my original ones.
