We drove all the way up to Fort William today.
A good journey & the roads pretty quiet considering. A good bit of traffic through Glasgow but no problem, just stay in the middle lane I was told & it worked.
Lots of kilts in Fort William, it seems to be the everyday wear of Scotsmen these days. Even so a little boy in full kilt plus the sicks, they were obviously what he wore as you could tell he was well used to wearing the kilt.

Set off in lovely sunny weather but drizzly & misty all up through Lock Lomand, Clencoe etc. My thing to transfer photos to iPad is in the car so just making do with iPhone pictures tonight.

This is still very good from your phone! Great scene - I remember being here a number of years ago and saw a West Highland dog here and thought it very apt!
Must be great to see the Scotsman in kilts as everyday attire... farmer George would cope well with that as he were a shirts on the farm all year round..
