Lovely misty light this morning first thing this morning as I let the hens out.
Such a beautiful day it promised & it's not been a disappointment.
Blue skies & sun all day!
Three good things:
1. Blood pressure check this morning & all fine! Must have been a rogue reading previously!
2. The smell of furniture polish.
3. All work done & a sit in the afternoon.
A beautiful scene I love to see the Autumn mist over the land like this -- so atmospheric and as you say - the promise of sun later in the day we also had a lovely sunny day after waking-up to white ground frost -- proper Autumn weather !! Glad your Bp is OK -- fav
Its not too early -8am but feels a lot more like 6am here! You have captured the mists and colour so well. BP goes up and down but its when it is always up that is a problem!
@maggiemae you're right maggie, it was two different readings within five minutes today. I have had a mild headache in the morning for the last two months so was slightly concerned it might be connected. I never get headaches but seems to be better this last couple of days.
@happypat we were talking headaches with h a friend the other day. She was told to drink two big glasses of water before bed and another two when she got up to the bathroom in the night. She drinks warm water and has followed this regime for the last 3 months. Presto - no more headaches. Might be worth a try?
what a a beautiful scene Pat. When I looked out the window early this morning in London I am afraid I didnt see anything but grey skies. Will be very sad to leave tomorrow as we dont know when we will see each other in the flesh again. Thank goodness for Skype
