Posting early today as I have a very sociable few days ahead of me.
We have friends arriving for three days later this afternoon so doubt I will have much time to attend to 365.
Please feel free to ignore my offerings for the next four days!
One last gasp at busy times & then pretty quiet for the winter.
They started curtting the maize this morning. The first bit of dry weather we have had for ages.
They don't seem to be making much mess thank goodness, no body likes the roads all muddy!
Farmers are so short of winter fodder this year, most have not got their crops in this year so feed will be expensive.
Three good things:
1. House all clean & hopefully welcoming.
2. Some free firewood from across the road. The neighbours have chopped down their old play house.
3. Lesley has brought some goodies for tea!
Neat view. So opposite to us in season... Josh is still frantically planting maize to keep all his farmer customers happy. I love 365 for the chance to peek into so many daily activities all over the world.
For some reason my computer is not downloading photos from 365 so I'll have to come back and see this one later. You will enjoy the next few days and I know when someone is right there all the time, its impossible to look at emails etc!
