We were invited round to our new neighbours for mince tarts & mulled wine.
So interesting to see this cold draughty barn converted into a stylish bright house. Loved the kitchen & whole ground floor but it's still very windy as you open the back door!
I can remember trying to keep the door shut against the wind with my foot as I mixed milk powder for the calves in there.
Tony the postman let himself in as he does with all the houses down our lane....pleased to have his photo taken!
Three good things:
1. All neighbours chatting & feeling festive. I didn't get everyone in this photo so some missing & their faces are hidden behind the lights!
2. Delicious mulled wine.
3. We had a fresh turkey given us today!
@susiemc@maggiemae Great time to invite new neighbours round, good for you Sue for doing the honours!
Yes Tony the postman in the hat maggie.....we love our friendly neighbourhood!
A lovely shot to remind you of this 1st Christmas for your new neighbours next door . A lovely way to get to know one another ,and Christmas is an ideal time for all the intros .
Fantastic .. would be hard for you to get your head around the fact you use to feed your calves in this building ... certainly a little bit of a makeover..
@julzmaioro A big one Julz, the house is amazing, would love to go round with camera but you can't can you! 😱 I did go to the loo even though I didn't need!!
