Under a bit of pressure this first day with my new phone!
The photos are so much better I can see straight away. I have been out for lunch today so never even thought about today's shot until half an hour ago.
Took a few shots but for some reason I really liked this one. Quite edited as the light was facing the camera but put me in mind of the musical Oaklahoma.
Taken from the bottom of the hen paddock over looking the maize fields.
So many good wishes for my birthday yesterday so thank you to each & everyone of you.
Three good things:
1. Not a sound when I take a picture,my old phone was very loud!
2. Lovely happy get together with friends & looking forward to,our forth coming holiday.
3. Looks like rain coming! Good for everyone but I don't want this weather to go away! Once it starts raining in the UK it never knows when to stop!
Amazing sky and cloud formation ! In spite of the green corn ,it looks so dry Pat ! Oklahoma will be going round in my head till I fall asleep tonight !! One of my favourite "old" musicals , I remember performing in this when our Amateur dramatics id the show in the local theatre ! ( many moons ago Pat )

Even though it is winter here and we had a very wet month last month we haven't had any rain here for weeks again now. It goes from one extreme to the other here.
Rain has reached us Pat Just one heavy thundery shower and now the sun is back. Glad you like your 'phone and it has taken a great picture for you. I love that sky
