New shoes

No merit in this photo at all but as one or two had mentioned seeing my new shoes here they are.

For best wear of course, I only go out in this type of shoe rarely & I'm happier in boots really!

Three good things:
1. I managed to have a coffee with my cinema friend this morning. Treatment ongoing with Charlie, he has had his last chemo & big meeting Thursday. He has worsened considerably I'm afraid, they are taking each day at a time.
2. I have actuall gone over the 8000 steps today.....10,000 is better but I'm happy with today's effort.
3. Seeing photos & hearing all about the amazing wedding at our local Cartford Inn on Sunday. Their daughter got married & the whole wedding was just so original. The bride was in a very plain long dress with shoe string straps but her long veil was covered in coloured sequins go all shapes, it looked absolutely stunning!

@beryl Yes have dress to match, similar colours! I liked them because they are smart but have a chunky heel plus front comes up over my buniony bit! This colour is called Hunter. All kitted out now for any smart do even a wedding! Have a couple if things to go to over Christmas & NY already. Thanks Beryl.

@julzmaioro Yes so was I Julz, just drove past her house & her car was in. Poor Charlie is not good at all but has finished his chemo, all rests on how the remaining cancer has reacted. They only managed to remove one third of it when he had his original op. Dot says he has lost some of his sight so not looking good. They are desperate poor things. He is three next week.

Lovely shot of your smart shoes, Pat. I wear flat samdals in the summer and flat boots in the winter. Have 4 pairs of boots now, the latest in a lilac/ mauve suede. Perhaps I will photograph them!

No tap dancing in these shoes! Maybe a gentle foxtrot! They are going to go with lots of colours and being suede will clean up nicely!

Very stylish, they look so comfy. I have a pair of suede shoes and just brush them with a suede brush, they scrub up well.

@casablanca Well I haven't got slim feet but these are cut well over the toe bit & come a decent way over my toes so seems to work well. I wouldn't want to walk round town in them much mind you but a bit of dancing will be ok.
