Queues outside the bakery this morning as customers collected their bakery orders.
Pebbys is a brilliant family bakery selling all homemade bread, pies, cakes etc. Delicious fruit pies, scone, sausage rolls, pizzas you name it they sell it.
The light in the kitchen is on from 3.30am.
The family will be sad at the moment as Mrs Pebby the founder has very recent died suddenly.
All ready at this house for Christmas!
We are thinking of loved ones in NZ who are just waking up. Can’t help thinking of our two youngest grandsons who will be so excited.

What an asset to the community.. sad they have to cope with a bereavement at their busiest time.. Christmas day has dawned here and the sun is shining and the birds are singing .. it is going to be a good day..

I wish I had that shop just down our road where we are at the moment! Forgot to bring some biscuits to eat with our coffee. No shops open.
