This guy was so good playing his guitar & singing at the Westmoreland show but I can’t remember his name sadly. A shame as he deserves recognition.
Sadly this is a replacement photo as I was expecting to show you a room with two new sofas!
Unfortunately M&S rang this morning to say they had a transportation problem & they aren’t coming until a week tomorrow! To say we were disappointed is an understatement but could be worse, I could have booked a day off work or had some big celebration booked this weekend but we have not been inconvenienced at all.
£50 voucher compensation so I shall buy some new cushions instead.
Three good things:
1. Harry has his booster covid jab next Saturday.
2. Cathy came & did our feet & sanded down a coffee table…not with the same equipment I hasten to add!! 🤣
3. Final bill from the plumber….not a good thing but we can cross him off.

A lovely shot of the busker and nice to have some music on the show ground ! What really caught my eyes were the rows and rows of neatly staged cars At such a show you could be walking miles to get back yo your car !! No 2 gave me a smile !! Cathy doing your feet and the coffee table !! ha ha !!
@julzmaioro@beryl I have other photos of this guy but I chose it because of the rows of parked cars specially. This is the car park used by the people coming from the North, we were in another car park to the side. There are many car parks all over & they are especially packed when it’s only it’s usual one day. If it rains hard as in a couple of years ago many cars have to be pulled out by tractors, can be a nightmare! I think someone said that two years ago when it was so wet they were pulling them in….I would have gone straight home! I have photos I put up in 2018 of dogs in the mud, it was terrible!
What a shame about your sofa non- delivery! It seems to be the thing at the moment with shortage of delivery drivers. Shortages threatened- not good news at the moment.

Shame about the sofas, but the pleasure will be all the greater when they arrive. Lovely image, and like some of the others, I was drawn to the tidy rows of cars in the background.
