I popped into our village delicatessen this morning & these two rather amazing breads were on the counter top.
The left hand one is apple & cheddar & the right hand one some sort of red fruit, I can’t remember what he told me, & Stilton cheese.
You heat them in the oven…..I might be tempted to have a try next week!
I’ve been to the doctor this morning with list of questions in hand, I really wanted a chat about my stroke & the future implications.
A lovely young man but he didn’t tell me that much that I hadn’t learnt off Doctor Google.
One thing he did say was I am due a blood test three months afterwards so glad of that.
I’m doing fine but sadly not getting out much to take any photos!
Thank you all for your continued support without much input from me!
I have rather got out of the nightly habit of posting & commenting.
Just keep positive Pat, -not really the weather to be out and about for photos! These look delicious Pat - is the 2nd stilton and cranberry I wonder ? The type of teatime treat I enjoy after the richer foods of Christmas!
They look so lovely. Such an interesting combination of flavours. Don’t worry about commenting on 365, just post when you feel like it and we will be able to enjoy your company!
Its more important to take it easy and attempt things when you are ready to than thinking about a photo every day! I like the look of the but a bit too much bread for me!
They look delicious. Don't worry too much about 365 at the moment. Not a time of year for going out taking photos in your part of the world. Just take it easy and recover well.
Hope all your questions were answered at the doctors. Do you have to go back again to the stroke unit at the hospital or don't you do that in the UK.
I haven't got back properly into commenting and taking photos yet either after my break from 365 over Christmas.
I think I will go out for a walk this afternoon for a walk though if it doesn't get too hot.
Oh, wow, these look lovely. You have to try them and tell us all about it. The right hand fruit will be cranberries, I imagine. Don't worry about not commenting much or even posting much, but hopefully just a wee browse through some of your friends' photos will cheer your day on occasion. Stay positive - It's early days yet. You'll get your zest back. I'm sure. xx
So glad that you are starting to get out and about a bit, Pat! These delicious looking breads from the village delicatessen make a charming shot. Don’t worry yourself for a moment about comments and posts. Your number one priority is your health and well being. I’m always sending love and good thoughts your way! ❤️
Those breads look interesting, but you will have to give them a go and report back.

Take care of yourself Pat 😊
You seem to be doing really well.
