Harry delivering the free local Focus magazine to our old house.
Of course he can’t drive so we both went.
I’ve been to Beetham Nurseries today with a friend.
I bought three white foxglove plants, I’m hoping they will flower this year as the ones I planted last year will of course have no flowers this time.
A yellow Acer & some cards also went in the trolley!
We had a lovely lunch & after our buying we shared a delicious vanilla slice!
So good to see Harry out and about, - you must have had mixed feelings in seeing your old home! . Sounds a good da with a visit to the nursery! Hope the foxgloves will give you a good show later!
Hope it's a good experience hoping back to you old place.. Nice little job for Harry when he's probably bored to the back teeth..
I'm not allowed foxglove in my garden.. 😢
@julzmaioro Ooh why Julz….is there so thing I should know…...I know they are poisonous but only if you touch them. We have lots round here growing wild & they are quite a popular garden plant these days.
@happypat poisonous to stock heard of stories where cows reach over the fence or get into garden rubbish.. best not to have them here than tempt fate ..
Ha ha ... we deliver the Ballater Eagle to houses near us. We can do it all by foot, fortunately. Must have been odd delivering to your old house though.
