Waiting for the rain

It was supposed to rain. But is only cloudy and steamy. Even that pigeon didn't fly away, it just stared at me.

Pretty feather patterns. We had a surprise rain storm this afternoon… the nice thing was the 20 degree drop in temperature to a balmy 69 F.
