Are they just random scooters or do they belong to you? I have been thinking of getting one and am wondering what they are like to ride around on.

@cdcook48 They are for hire. You find them all over town. The problem is that people just park them or dump them wherever they want causing problems for people in wheelchairs and for people with impaired vision. Be careful if you try one; lots of people crash or fall off and end in up hospital.
