This is gorgeous. The bokeh in the background is delightful. I don't know whether or not academically it still classifies as negative space but I think it's beautiful! :)

I just did a Google search - Yep - -it's a winner!! Apparently negative space can contain clouds or bokeh:
"Negative space doesn't imply that it's empty space. Nope! The sky around the eagle can contain clouds. ... The bokeh of your lens at f2.8 can create a creamy, soft and colorful negative space behind a close up of a flower or a macro shot of a dragonfly."
