Persoonlijk ben ik ervoor om die “ bad habit” in een “ good habit” te veranderen , waarom al die moeite van d plank neerzetten en strijkijzer klaarzetten voor 2 of 3 overhemden ? Jouw “ bad habit” makes good sense to me ☺️👍
